This giveaway is promoted by Retro Uncovered (“we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Giveaway

The promoter is giving entrants the opportunity to win:

One sealed copy of Mortal Shell 2: Revered Edition for PlayStation 5.

The prize is supplied as a factory-sealed collectible. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens when the giveaway is published and closes at 23:59 BST on 19 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents worldwide aged 18 or over.

Employees of Retro Uncovered, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Visit the Retro Uncovered website via the link provided on our Instagram post.
2. Complete the giveaway entry form on the website.
3. Provide a valid name and email address.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

By submitting the form, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Newsletter

By entering through the giveaway form, entrants will also be signed up to the Retro Uncovered newsletter, subject to the applicable privacy and email marketing requirements.

Newsletter subscribers may receive information about new products, rare and limited collectibles, offers, promotions and future giveaways.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect an otherwise valid giveaway entry, unless the entrant's email address can no longer be used to contact them.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received or existing before the closing date.

The winner will be selected after the giveaway closes and will be announced on 20 September 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the giveaway.

8. Contacting the Winner

The winner must respond to the promoter within 7 days of the initial contact.

If the winner does not respond within this period, or if the promoter is unable to verify that the entry is valid, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

The promoter will not be responsible for an incorrect or inaccessible email address provided by an entrant.

9. Winner Announcement

The winner may be announced on the Retro Uncovered Instagram account.

By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees that their first name and/or Instagram username may be used for the purpose of announcing the winner.

No other personal information will be publicly disclosed without the winner's consent.

10. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner at an address agreed with the promoter.

The promoter will arrange delivery of the prize.

The promoter is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service once the prize has been dispatched.

11. Prize Condition

The prize is a factory-sealed collectible video game.

The winner should review the product photographs and description provided as part of the giveaway. Minor shelf wear or imperfections to the external packaging or factory seal may be present due to the age and/or storage history of sealed collectible items.

12. Disqualification

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Contains false or misleading information.
• Is submitted fraudulently.
• Uses automated or bulk-entry methods.
• Attempts to manipulate the giveaway.
• Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The promoter's decision regarding the administration of the giveaway is final, subject to applicable law.

13. Instagram

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from participation in this giveaway.

14. Personal Data

Personal information provided when entering the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Retro Uncovered Privacy Policy.

Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and, where applicable, provide newsletter marketing communications in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic marketing laws.

15. Changes to the Giveaway

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or extend the giveaway where reasonably necessary, including where circumstances outside the promoter's control make this necessary.

Any significant changes will be communicated through the Retro Uncovered website and/or Instagram account where reasonably possible.

16. General

Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The promoter will comply with applicable UK laws and regulations relating to the promotion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the giveaway.
