Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier, but we’ll always help you chase it up.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
