We'll confirm your requirements with PRdisplays, calculate the case and delivery costs, and send you your personalised quote within a few days.

Happy with the quote? Approve your quote and complete payment. Once payment has been received, we'll arrange production of your custom case. Production typically takes around 4 weeks, although some custom cases may take longer.

Custom Case FAQ'S
How do I measure my item?
Measure the overall length, depth and height of the item you want to display. Measurements should be taken at the widest or tallest points, including any protruding parts that need to fit inside the case.
Please provide your measurements in millimetres (mm) and, if possible, measure to the nearest 1mm.
For example:
- Length: 279mm
- Depth: 121mm
- Height: 222mm

How do I place an order?
Simply submit a quote request with the dimensions of the item you would like a case for. We’ll review your requirements and provide a personalised quote, including delivery. Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll send you a payment link to confirm your order.
When will my case be delivered?
Once your quote has been approved and payment has been received, your case will be ordered for production. Production typically takes around 2 weeks, although some custom cases may take longer depending on the size and complexity. Once completed, your case will be carefully packaged and dispatched with tracked delivery.
Can I cancel or return my custom case?
Because each case is made specifically to your requested dimensions, custom cases cannot normally be returned once production has started. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know whether cancellation is still possible. If your case arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order, please contact us so we can put this right.
What is the case made from?
Our custom cases are made from 4mm clear acrylic, providing a clean, transparent display while helping to protect your collectible from dust, handling and general wear. The acrylic is precision cut to your requested dimensions and assembled to create a secure display case.
